Our Residence

Residence Karina is a tourist resort located at a short distance from the picturesque town of Moniga del Garda and at approximately 500 mt from the lake. Set in a quiet, panoramic and sunny location, Moniga is the ideal place to explore the wine & food itineraries of our area, sampling products such as Chiaretto wine and the locally-produced olive oil.

Apartments

The complex is made of 39 residential units (14 2-room apartments, 24 3-room apartment and one villa) fully furnished with style and elegance and a 2-storey villa with a private garden. Our guests can enjoy shared facilities and services such as a swimming pool with a children’s corner, children’s playground, ping pong, a small gym, bar and minimarket. Indoor area for children equipped with TV and video games. Safety box at the reception. Wi-fi. Private parking within the complex. The apartments (2-room and 3-room type) come in different sizes and include airy balconies on the first floor and gardens on the ground floor, all equipped with dining tables and outdoor chairs. They include one or two bedrooms, a living room with bed sofa (double-bed); kitchenette equipped with kitchenware, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, satellite TV; bathroom with shower; heating and air-con in all rooms. Almost all apartments enjoy stunning lake views.

Bar & Swimming pool

At the heart of our residence you can find a small bar for breakfast and lunch, including a mini-mart shop selling the basic. Nearby, a swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun lounges. The swimming pool is divided into two areas: one for adults and one dedicated to children. Services and facilities.
