Prices include electricity and hot water, use of the swimming pool and the services offered.
Reservations of less than 7 days are not accepted in the months of July and August.
It is also possible for short weekends (minimum 3 nights) in the months from April to June and from September to October.
Deposit for booking 30% of the total.

Cancellation terms
In case of cancellation of the booking, a penalty is applied to the customer represented by a percentage of the stay booked at the time of booking, in relation to the approach of the arrival date: For cancellations within the 20th day of arrival, the deposit is kept valid for a new booking by the end of the following season; 60% of the total price of the stay, for cancellations made between the 19th and 4th day before arrival; 100% of the total price of the stay, for cancellations made within 3 days before arrival, with a minimum stay of one night. Any deposit already paid will be used as partial or total payment of the aforementioned penalties.

Prices do not include:

• Air conditioning (+7.5€/day two-room apartment - €50 per stay, +9€/day three-room apartment - €60 per stay).
• Bedroom and bathroom linen (+8€/person per week).
• Dogs only if well domesticated (+4€/day). Mandatory apartment cleaning.
• Cot (+5€/day or +€20/week).
• Final cleaning (mandatory if dogs are present) (+€29/two-room apartment, +36€ three-room apartment).
• Washing machine (€3 or €4/token).
• Dryer (€4/token).
• Deposit (€50 in cash).

City tax

Mandatory from 01/04 to 08/011 +€1.00/adults per day (over 15 years).
